We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Prisma Cloud specialist team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of cybersecurity.
Your primary responsibility will be to build influential relationships with key technical decision makers at customers, uncovering new opportunities that help solve customer problems and fuel their business drivers.
You will be surrounded by the preeminent cybersecurity experts in the industry, who will support your success personally, professionally, and with your customer engagements.
As a trusted advisor, you will educate customers about industry trends and emerging changes to the security landscape, showcasing security best practices and desired outcomes through technical proof of concepts.
You will also develop relationships with technical teams in channel partners, providing successful deployments and cloud security.
Acting as a conduit for customer feedback to Product Management, Technical Marketing, competitor intelligence, and R&D, you will create requirements and deliver product features for our customers.
Frequency of travel is about twice a month, on average, including occasional travel for internal events and cloud security and DevSecOps industry conferences.
About YouWe are looking for a degree in CS or equivalent experience, with 5+ years of technical sales or equivalent experience highly preferred.
You should have hands-on experience using IaC software tools and CI/CD tools, as well as experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform configuration and administration of security features and services.
A background in security domain, cloud security highly preferred, with understanding of container and container orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive compensation package, including a starting base salary of $192,000/yr to $264,000/yr, plus restricted stock units and a bonus.
