- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the community's vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transportation services.
- Logistics: Plan and coordinate transportation schedules, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs, and managing any changes or cancellations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the community team to ensure a smooth and efficient transportation service, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience working with seniors or in a transportation role is preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid state driver's license with a good driving record required; CDL preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
