Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine manual work, including operation of mechanical equipment and performing basic maintenance tasks.
- Assist Maintenance Workers: Assist more experienced Maintenance Workers in repairing and replacing window screens and doors, sweeping, cleaning, and repairing sidewalks, and making minor repairs to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Equipment Operation: Operate snow removal equipment, move furniture, appliances, and equipment, and deliver supplies.
- Plumbing and Electrical Repairs: Make minor plumbing repairs to faucets, closet tanks, and bowls, and assist with unstopping sewer lines.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure curb appeal of the properties is well maintained.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Physical Demands: Extensive exposure to all kinds of weather, extended heavy lifting, and extensive walking, climbing, and crawling.
- Equipment Used: Typical equipment used includes, but is not limited to, sanders, floor scrubbers, polishers, and waxes.
