Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Juice Bar Team Lead to join our team. As a Juice Bar Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a quality product and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiative and Proactivity: Take the initiative in completing and delegating store tasks, including inventory oversight and communication of low inventory items to management.
  • Shift Management: Schedule for opening and/or closing shifts, ensuring that all team members complete tasks to the highest standard.
  • Training Support: Support in training new staff members and holding the team accountable to Clean Juice standards and procedures.
  • Labor Cost Monitoring: Monitor labor costs during the shift and make decisions to send staff members home if sales are lower than expected.
  • Cash Handling: Handle and close out the cash drawer, and potentially make deposits at the bank before or after their shift.
  • Promotion Eligibility: Eligible for promotions to management positions.

Requirements

  • Minimum Age 18
  • Minimum able to work 2-3 per week (weekdays and weekends)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in food service or similar role
