Floor Coverings International of Waukesha is seeking a skilled Flooring Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality flooring installations to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-installation preparation and execution of flooring installations according to company procedures and standards
  • Maintenance of a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment
  • Understanding and adherence to project scope and requirements
  • Safe handling and operation of company machinery and power tools
  • Mathematical calculations and measurement skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Meet or exceed company quality standards and customer satisfaction expectations
  • Travel to various work locations throughout the week
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of flooring installation or general contracting experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
