Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and address customer banking needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
  • Collaborate with branch team members and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Proactively educate customers on emerging digital products and services to enhance their financial well-being
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems
