Healthcare Services Program Coordinator

The Healthcare Services Program Coordinator is a key contributor to the Drug Free Sport International/International Doping Tests & Management (DFSI-IDTM) growing Healthcare Services division. This role operates in a fast-paced work environment, contributing to the administration of day-to-day department operations and effectively communicating with team members and clients to achieve the company's mission.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs and requirements, providing fulfillment progress and ensuring adequate on-site staffing is provided.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and direct outreach, to identify independent contractors for staffing needs.
- Vet independent contractors and credentials to ensure alignment with clients' needs, coordinating execution of service agreements and prerequisite packets.
- Manage the project placement process, facilitating detailed communication between clients and independent contractors, and building and maintaining strong relationships with independent contractors and clients.
- Liaise with clients to address client feedback pertaining to independent contractors and ensure compliance and safety standards are met related to client requirements.
- Assist with other healthcare services segments and professional and amateur sport client programs as needed, serving in the absence of other team members when necessary.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent.
- Proven experience in contractor staffing coordination and the fulfillment process.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Highly credible, ethical, and persuasive interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving, with a proactive approach in identifying and addressing challenges.
- Skilled in software applications, including Microsoft Office and intermediate-level Excel.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically, including upon short notice and weekends.
- Planning and Organizational Development: Ability to efficiently organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively planning ahead while being flexible with unexpected changes.
- Effective Communication: Proficient in all forms of communication, creating positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
