Job Overview We are seeking an accomplished Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Professional to lead our EH&S programs within our organization. Main Responsibilities:
  • EH&S Program Development & Implementation: Develop comprehensive EH&S programs aligned with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives. Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. Implement proactive measures for risk mitigation. Conduct regular risk assessments. Provide guidance on health & safety protocols. Lead investigations into incidents. Prepare reports on EH&S performance. Promote safety culture through communication & training. Collaborate on EH&S initiatives.
  • Certifications & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) or related field. Minimum of three years' experience in EH&S roles. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification preferred. Excellent understanding of risk assessment & management principles. Experience in policy development & implementation. Proven training ability. Strong leadership & interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & EH&S management systems. Experience in food manufacturing industry advantageous. Skillset Required:
