We are in search of a committed EH&S Manager to become an integral part of our team within the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will take charge of managing and advancing our EH&S initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulations, and promoting a culture centered around safety throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and refine EH&S programs to meet organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform regular risk evaluations and introduce strategies to reduce potential risks.
  • Develop and enforce safety protocols in accordance with local and federal legislation.
  • Oversee investigations into incidents, determine underlying causes, and apply corrective measures.
  • Offer direction and training on health and safety practices.
  • Compile and present reports on EH&S performance metrics to leadership.
  • Collaborate with various teams to promote EH&S initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in EH&S, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other pertinent regulations.
  • Certifications such as CSP or CIH are advantageous.
  • Strong grasp of risk assessment and management principles.
  • Experience in developing policies and conducting training sessions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and EH&S management software.
