About the Role:
The QTI Group is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Ensure clients receive professional service and timely responses to their requests.
- Initial Point of Contact: Serve as the initial point of contact in the office, as well as via phone and email, to provide assistance and support to clients.
- Needs Assessment: Identify clients' needs and respond with appropriate information to meet their objectives.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate client and firm events to meet desired objectives and provide a positive experience for clients.
- Office Operations: Support daily office operations, including administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
- Confidentiality and Security: Adhere to confidentiality, security, and privacy protocols to protect client and staff information.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of related experience in a financial services or business environment.
- Licensure: Licensed: Series 65 or Series 66 within 6 months of employment.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and basic math skills.
- Personal Qualities: Ability and willingness to quickly learn information, work with little supervision, and maintain confidentiality of client and staff information.
