We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Management Specialist to join our team at the US Army. As a Child and Youth Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our child development centers and youth programs.
Key Responsibilities- Program Oversight: Supervise and manage a team of caregivers and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs and services to children and youth.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care and services.
- Program Development: Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of children and youth, including curriculum development and implementation.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure that program goals and objectives are met.
- Compliance: Ensure that all programs and services are in compliance with US Army regulations and policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to child development or youth services.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a child development or youth services setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing circumstances. The selected candidate will be required to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
