Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items daily, following recipes and guidelines to ensure high-quality products.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, rotating stock and ensuring that products are stored and displayed in a clean and organized manner.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment to ensure food safety and quality.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, such as a Food Handler's Card.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
