The Role

  • As a Line Cook at Crazy Pizza, you'll be part of a dynamic kitchen team that's dedicated to creating high-quality dishes. You'll work closely with your colleagues to ensure every plate that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to Crazy Pizza's recipes and specifications.
  • Set up and stock workstations with all necessary supplies and ingredients.
  • Assist with daily food prep, preparing ingredients and components of dishes before service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service during busy periods.
  • Monitor food stock and communicate any needs to the Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all ingredients, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Assist in closing the kitchen at the end of the shift, including cleaning and storing all equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pizza Cook in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Knowledge of Italian cuisine and pizza-making is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay focused under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A passion for culinary excellence and creating memorable dining experiences.

What We Offer
