About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MRI Technologist to join our team at the University of California San Francisco's Peninsula Outpatient Center in Burlingame, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate high-field magnetic resonance imaging systems to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Coordinate patient care and ensure that all imaging procedures are performed safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in MRI technology and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Train and mentor new staff members on MRI procedures and technology.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a formal radiology technology training program from an AMA-approved school.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with high-field magnetic resonance systems.
  • ARRT-approved MRI certification and BLS certification.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and ability to rotate shifts, including weekends and holidays.
