Culinary Specialist - Tralee

Collaborating with a committed team, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional food quality while managing kitchen operations. This position is part-time, with a commitment of 39 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborating with the team to prepare high-quality, delectable dishes that satisfy our clients and customers
  • Utilizing recipes to develop innovative menu items
  • Assisting the Kitchen Lead in executing menu updates
  • Ensuring kitchen cleanliness to uphold hygiene standards
  • Adhering to Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations
About You:
  • Minimum of 1 year of culinary experience or in a comparable setting
  • A positive, proactive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
  • A passion for exceptional food and customer service
  • Culinary qualification
  • Food Hygiene Certificate (not mandatory)
