Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations of all trade shops, including Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Structural services.
2. Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks to staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. Develop and implement efficient maintenance schedules while managing costs effectively.
4. Identify resource requirements and collaborate with management to meet operational needs.
5. Participate in setting goals, objectives, and policies for facility maintenance.
6. Recommend improvements to existing standards and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Monitor compliance with established policies and procedures, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
8. Prepare cost estimates and manage expenditures related to maintenance activities.
9. Train staff on facility maintenance and safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety and compliance.
10. Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate new developments into operations.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent technical training/experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within facilities maintenance, preferably in a Department of Defense environment.
- Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and methods used in various trades.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking in various environments.
