Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve plant goals and objectives
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and investigate and resolve any safety incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall plant performance
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including production data and quality metrics
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Proven track record of achieving results and developing subordinates

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of staff
