Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve plant goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, and investigate and resolve any safety incidents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve overall plant performance
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including production data and quality metrics
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven track record of achieving results and developing subordinates
  • Excellent problem-analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
