Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve new business production targets as set forth.
  • Generate new business leads through phone outreach, networking, and various sources.
  • Process requests for changes to customer policies.
  • Collect all necessary documentation from clients.
  • Manage incoming claims inquiries from clients.
  • Complete requests for Evidence of Insurance.

Qualifications
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, be resourceful, and open to coaching.
  • Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
  • Be a motivated self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
