We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Intervention Specialist to join our team at Zoi and Mind Clinics. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Job Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 ABA Services: Work one-on-one with clients in their homes, implementing Behavior Intervention Plans designed to promote positive behavioral change and skill acquisition.
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans: Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors/BCBAs to develop and implement tailored plans that address each client's unique needs and goals.
- Collect Data and Write Session Notes: Accurately record and document client progress, providing valuable insights for treatment planning and evaluation.
- Negative TB Test: Ensure a clean bill of health to work with clients.
- Bilingual in Spanish: Communicate effectively with clients and families who speak Spanish.
- Clear Criminal Background: Maintain a clean record to work with vulnerable populations.
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- Available Schedule: Monday – Friday, afternoons/evenings.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Reliable Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Basic Knowledge of Internet and Technology: Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, and basic computer skills.
