Your Key Responsibilities:- Support Student Success: Collaborate with students to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized learning plans to enhance their course performance.
- Integrate ATI Tools: Ensure seamless integration of ATI resources in all student meetings to optimize remediation and concept understanding.
- Develop Innovative Strategies: Create and implement methods to enhance test-taking skills, study habits, and note-taking techniques to boost course performance.
- Collaborate with Faculty: Work closely with faculty to identify course weaknesses and develop innovative initiatives to address them.
- Identify Students at Risk: Utilize data tracking platforms to identify students at risk and develop targeted interventions to address their challenges.
- Evaluate Progress: Assess the effectiveness of course-specific persistence strategies and progress towards mutually established objectives with students.
- Stay Current: Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain an understanding of current ideas, research, and practices in student learning and persistence.
- Inform Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze data from proctored assessments, tutorial sessions, and pre/post tests to inform advising and decision-making.
- Education: Master's degree in nursing, education, or administration required.
- Experience: A minimum of two years as a Registered Nurse providing direct patient care or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products, online learning management systems, and technological support.
