Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our team of experienced therapists. As a member of our therapy department, you will work with other therapeutic staff, family members, service coordinators, and administration to provide therapeutic services to children in the birth to three population in Allegheny County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily speech therapy sessions to patients identified as requiring services
  • Complete daily documentation and progress reports
  • Maintain required communication with families for the betterment of each patient
  • Promote a home-based coaching approach to therapeutic services
  • Regular meetings with administration staff to discuss caseloads, answer questions, and promote overall employment success
  • Promote a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment for patients and families
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional and positive work ethic
  • Passion for the field of pediatric speech therapy
  • Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
