- Implement organizational standards for Manufacturing Excellence.
- Deliver training and mentorship in Manufacturing Excellence practices and improvement techniques.
- Advance the organization towards a culture of 'lean' thinking.

- Lead training sessions and enhance the skills of Green Belt practitioners.
Shared Responsibilities:
- Foster collaboration between local and global teams to achieve collective KPIs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is essential.
- Over 5 years of experience in operational excellence or manufacturing excellence, with a focus on project management.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with various operational excellence methodologies, particularly Six Sigma.
- Proven ability to train and mentor in Lean Six Sigma practices.
