Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure seamless care delivery
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of resident care and progress
• Prepare and administer medications safely and effectively
• Foster a positive working relationship with all team members to ensure a collaborative and supportive work environment
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing
• Current, valid nursing license in Illinois
• Current CPR certification
• At least one year of experience in long-term care
