Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.
  • Chart and maintain accurate documentation for residents.
  • Prepare and administer medications safely and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
  • Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care.
