Nurse Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.
- Chart and maintain accurate documentation for residents.
- Prepare and administer medications safely and effectively.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing.
- Valid, current nursing license in Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care.
