  • Cash Handling and Management
    • Count and verify cash and coin transactions to ensure accuracy and integrity.
    • Operate currency counting machines and coin handling equipment to facilitate efficient transactions.
    • Manage cash and coin supplies, including ordering and replenishing as needed.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Provide friendly, helpful, and polite service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Transactions and Audits
    • Process cash and coin transactions, including buy/transfer forms and jackpot disbursements.
    • Conduct audits and verify funds received from soft count, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Team Collaboration and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve operational goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless transactions and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    • At least one year of experience, with two years of money handling experience.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work well with large cash amounts.
    • Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per gaming regulations.
    • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to stand long periods, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask.
