Role Overview:

Porch Light Health, a leading provider of substance use and mental health care, is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team. About the Job:

This role requires a strong background in clinical care, particularly in the area of substance use disorders. As a Clinical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions. Additionally, you will work closely with our team to implement new programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans to address their unique challenges.
  • Therapy Sessions: Provide high-quality individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based techniques such as motivational interviewing.
  • Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with medical providers, other clinicians, and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Program Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in social work (LCSW) or counseling (LPC), or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in clinical care, preferably in substance use and mental health settings
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies, including motivational interviewing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $69,900-$82,000 per year, based on education and experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, 401(k) with employer matching, and more. We also offer discretionary bonuses, merit increases, and market adjustments.

Location and Schedule:

This role is based in Aurora, CO, and requires a Monday-to-Friday schedule. You will work in our clinic setting and engage in telehealth services to support patients across multiple locations.
