We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Autism Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center in Aurora, Colorado. As a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, comprehensive services to children with autism and their families.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for planning, overseeing, delivering, and adapting naturalistic therapy for young children aged 2-6 years old in a center-based setting. This will involve conducting multidisciplinary assessments, creating treatment plans in coordination with other clinical specialties (speech, occupational therapy, ABA, psychology), and designing and implementing services based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for children with autism
- Conduct regular progress monitoring and update treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate closely with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and communicate progress
- Work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team to ensure seamless continuity of care
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- ABA early intervention experience
- Clear professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Fluency in navigating devices such as computers and tablets
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
