Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Systems Engineer III to join our team at Repeat Consultants. As a key member of our R&D and Program Management teams, you will play a critical role in the deployment of multi-technology wireless networks across various customer markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our multi-functional team to ensure successful wireless network deployment.
  • Understand the correlation between performance issues, performance metrics, RF parameters, and layer 3 messaging.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in peg count/formulas and CSL data.
  • Identify and resolve issues in network performance.
  • Design and implement eFEMTO and PICO hardware solutions for special events and in-building coverage.
  • Conduct link budget analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity, including traffic analysis, frequency planning, interference analysis, and optimization.
  • Apply optimization techniques for optimal site/cluster performance, including antenna selection, tilts, neighbor list, and more.
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in neighbor list, parameters, tools, and audit processes.
  • Utilize commands, run scripts, macros, RF tools, and MapInfo to optimize site/cluster performance and resolve trouble tickets.
  • Perform propagation analysis using tools like Planet, Tornado, Wizard, Odyssey, dB Planner, and others.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation and Operations Teams on cell site antenna and RF equipment configuration and database parameters.
  • Communicate technical and non-technical ideas in a logical and compelling manner through written and verbal presentations.

  • Multiple RF Engineer II and RF Engineer III openings available in various locations.
