Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Ambercare. This is a part-time position responsible for coordinating administrative activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including clients, employees, and vendors.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of recent experience in a medical facility or administrative role.
  • Skills: Organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Certifications: Medical Assistant diploma from an accredited vocational institution or a community college course in medical assisting.
