This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Fabricator to join our team at ACT Entertainment. As a key member of our shop, you will be responsible for punching and fabricating custom enclosures, panels, and wall plates for our audio, logo panels, and power distribution products. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Punch and fabricate custom enclosures, panels, and wall plates according to technical drawings or physical samples
- Read and interpret technical drawings to identify dimensions, layout, surface finishing, and labeling
- Set up punches and dies correctly to ensure accurate and efficient production
- Participate in training to learn all facets of the job through various resources
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with previous on-the-job/hands-on training experience preferred
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
- Good reading and writing skills, with the desire to learn facets of the job
- Ability to work with small power tools and hand tools
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
