Join the dedicated team at the JCC Fitness Department. Our Fitness Floor Associates play a crucial role in ensuring member safety on the fitness floor, guiding members on the correct usage of exercise equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and safety across all cardio and fitness apparatus. Compensation ranges from $15 to $16 per hour.
Essential Qualifications:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Staff the fitness area to assist members effectively
- Continuously monitor cardio, stretching, and free weight zones for member support and safety
- Conduct regular checks of the free weight area, cardio fitness floor, and basketball courts every 20 minutes
- Assist both new and existing members with exercise techniques and provide guidance as necessary
- Adhere to and complete a daily deep cleaning schedule for the fitness floor
- Report directly to the Health & Wellness Director and/or Fitness Supervisor
Annual salary under $25,000
