Job Description

Job Summary:

The Store Manager I is a key leadership role responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our Consumer Business through the management of a Store portfolio. This includes developing and executing strategies to deepen customer relationships, increase sales, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute store-specific strategies to grow the business, including identifying opportunities to acquire and deepen customer relationships.
  • Partner with Specialists to grow and advise new and existing customers, and work with partners to grow the Store Portfolio.
  • Manage the store budget to meet expense and revenue objectives, and drive Operational Excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with all human resources policies, procedures, and guidelines of conduct, and escalate to the appropriate partners to manage colleague risk.
  • Recruit and develop a highly diverse, qualified workforce to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and foster a cohesive team, promoting a fair and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce and encourages the team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years relevant experience required (retail, customer service, and/or financial services industries).
  • Business development skills, including ability to conceptualize and implement strategies.
  • 1+ years leadership and coaching experience required.
  • Small Business and Consumer lending experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Bank product lines and services as well as an understanding of Store operations and security.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, strategically aligning efforts and activities to meet Store goals and objectives.
  • Strong financial analysis skills.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, interpersonal, and collaborative skills with all levels of internal and external customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Notary License (preferred).

Working Conditions:

This role requires occasional domestic travel and continuous sedentary work. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage competing priorities.
