This is an EXCEPTIONAL chance FOR YOU to be part of a RESULTS-DRIVEN organization within the fitness realm, where we offer commissions and bonuses based on your achievements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as a passionate ambassador for Workout Anytime; promoting our brand, facilities, and services.
  • Welcoming and checking in all members, ensuring they feel valued and important.
  • Answering phone inquiries in a polite, helpful, and professional manner.
  • Facilitating the sale and setup of new memberships while acquiring referrals from current members.
  • Conducting tours for prospective guests.
  • Assisting with the daily upkeep of the club and other duties as assigned by management.
  • Building relationships within and outside the gym community.
  • Participating in or organizing various promotional events.
  • Learning and adhering to established processes and protocols.
  • Following up on incoming leads from the web, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Consistently exhibit a positive, energetic, and courteous demeanor.
  • Preferred candidates will have experience in customer-facing roles, the fitness industry, or sales, and can operate effectively in a collaborative gym environment.
  • A flexible work schedule is preferred, with availability to work weekends.
  • Prior experience in a gym setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
