Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Workout Anytime - Tyrone as a brand ambassador, promoting our services and clubs to members and potential clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and checking in with members, and making them feel welcome and valued.
  • Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Sell and set up new memberships, as well as gain referrals from existing members.
  • Conduct guest tours, showcasing our facilities and services.
  • Assist with daily club maintenance and other tasks assigned by management.
  • Build relationships with members and non-members, both inside and outside the gym.
  • Participate in or manage marketing events to promote our brand and services.
  • Learn and adhere to our processes and procedures, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Follow up on incoming leads, renewals, and other lead lists via phone and email.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Display a positive, upbeat, and courteous personality at all times.
  • Desired candidates will have experience in direct customer-facing positions, the fitness industry, or sales, with a cooperative and interactive gym setting.
  • A flexible work schedule is preferred, with availability to work weekends.
  • Previous gym experience is preferred but not required.

We're looking for passionate individuals who are committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals. Our team will provide support and a cheering section for each client, making Workout Anytime - Tyrone the gym of choice for our members. Future promotional opportunities will be available to those who demonstrate excellence and leadership capabilities.
