About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Restaurant Operations: Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Sales and Profit Growth: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Support the General Manager in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team, ensuring that all staff members are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all Guests receive a positive and memorable dining experience, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Inventory Management: Assist the General Manager in managing inventory levels, ensuring that all products are stocked and rotated effectively to minimize waste and maximize sales.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all restaurant operations are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Preferred
  • Experience: 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • Skills: Basic math skills, Microsoft Office, and general systems experience
  • Personal Qualities: Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communications skills, ability to work flexible schedule and extended hours, high energy to keep up with our fast-paced environment
