We are seeking a talented Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team in this critical role. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for triaging patients, assessing their medical needs, and working closely with veterinarians to deliver exceptional care. Your ability to recognize medical emergencies, assess patients, and complete treatments as instructed by the veterinarian will be invaluable to our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Triage patients and assess their medical needs
- Work closely with veterinarians to deliver exceptional patient care
- Recognize medical emergencies and illnesses
- Assess patients and record vital signs
- Complete treatments as instructed by the veterinarian
- Perform basic husbandry and nursing care
- Monitor patient changes and provide compassionate care

You will work every other Saturday on a rotating schedule, with four 10-hour shifts one week and three 10-hour shifts plus one 8-hour shift the next.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a Licensed Veterinary Technician
- Availability to work every other Saturday on a rotating schedule
- Comfortable using computers and online tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- A thoughtful and fearless team player
- Skilled at communicating with clients
