We are seeking an experienced Certified Service Technician to join our team at Downtown Subaru of Oakland, CA. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance in accordance with dealership standards and manufacturer specifications.
- Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors to ensure seamless service experiences.
- Execute repairs under warranty and maintain accurate records.
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience.
- Subaru Certified.
- High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required.
- B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.
- Competitive wages, with up to a $ Signing Bonus to Qualified Certified Subaru Techs.
- Earning potential of $30 - $44 per hour.
