The Clinical Community Liaison is responsible for fostering strong relationships with customers and referral sources within communities where St. Luke's has a presence and in new communities. This role represents St. Luke's by identifying and responding to customer and community needs regarding community education and promoting St. Luke's philosophy of care and delivery of services, including specialty care, telemedicine services, information technology, laboratory, and radiology. The successful candidate will develop and increase access to St. Luke's services within various service locations within the community, facilitating and coordinating the referral and admission process to promote a continuum of care model.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources
- Represent St. Luke's by identifying and responding to customer and community needs
- Develop and increase access to St. Luke's services within the community
- Facilitate and coordinate the referral and admission process
- Bachelor's Degree in a health, public relations, or business-related field
- At least two years of experience in healthcare, marketing, public relations, outreach programs, or a closely related field
- Healthcare sales/marketing experience
- Clinical background and/or a degree in a healthcare-related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to problem-solve and relate effectively in a professional and compassionate manner
- Ability to collaborate with community members and St. Luke's team
