VocoVision is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to provide essential psychological services to students in West Virginia from a remote location. As a Virtual School Psychologist, you will conduct virtual assessments, provide counseling, and collaborate with educators and parents to support student achievement and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct virtual psychological assessments and evaluations for students.
- Provide individual and group counseling to address students' emotional and psychological needs.
- Develop and implement intervention plans in coordination with teachers, parents, and school administrators.
- Monitor and track students' progress, making necessary adjustments to interventions.
- Recommend appropriate accommodations and modifications based on assessment findings.
- Participate in virtual meetings and contribute to school-wide strategies aimed at improving student outcomes.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Active West Virginia School Psychologist license (required).
- Experience working in a school or educational setting, with a preference for experience in a virtual environment.
- Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and educators.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
