Interventional Cardiology Specialist

Welcome to the West Virginia University Health System, where we're committed to providing exceptional heart and vascular care to our patients. We're seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist to join our team at the WVU Heart & Vascular Institute in Princeton, WV.
The successful candidate will practice in the areas of general and interventional cardiology, providing excellent patient care and actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. They will also be expected to participate in the development of new techniques and technologies in heart and vascular care.
To be eligible for this position, the candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent, be eligible for state medical license, and have completed an interventional cardiology fellowship program. They must also be board certified/eligible in Interventional Cardiology.

Qualifications:

Work Environment:
The WVU Heart & Vascular Institute operates several satellite clinics in West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be based in Princeton, WV, and will be expected to travel to other locations as needed.
