Position Summary:

In this capacity, you will utilize your recruitment skills to identify, engage, and place high-caliber candidates in sought-after positions across various sectors. You will operate autonomously, enjoying the flexibility to manage your own schedule and workload while earning competitive commission for each successful placement.

As a recruiter with Caliber Sourcing, you will have the necessary tools and resources to discover outstanding candidates and connect them with leading employers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relations: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, gaining insight into their specific hiring requirements, organizational culture, and long-term objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with client roles.
  • Talent Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Negotiation & Placement: Facilitate the interview process, negotiate offers, and successfully place candidates in roles that meet both client expectations and candidate goals.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to provide clients with strategic recruitment insights.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients and Caliber Sourcing management regarding recruitment progress, candidate feedback, and market intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in recruitment, ideally within a specific niche or industry. Experience in ERP, IT, or specialized technology recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Proven Success: A demonstrated history of successfully placing candidates in a competitive market.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of engaging and influencing both clients and candidates effectively.
  • Self-Driven: A highly motivated self-starter with the capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Strong negotiation and closing skills, adept at navigating complex hiring scenarios.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
  • Professional Network: An established professional network within your niche or industry, recognized for delivering results.

Compensation:

This role operates on a 100% commission basis, offering unlimited earning potential based on performance. Your commission earnings will increase with each successful placement.
