About the Role

At Connexzia, we are seeking a talented Tax Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of tax filings for our clients. You will work closely with our senior tax professionals to develop and implement tax strategies that minimize liabilities and optimize tax benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and oversee the preparation of corporate, individual, and partnership tax returns.
  • Conduct research on complex tax issues and stay up-to-date on changes in tax legislation.
  • Analyze tax data and provide insights to senior management on tax planning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with junior staff to ensure accurate and timely completion of tax projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in tax, including tax preparation and planning
  • Proficiency in tax software and strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
