As a Project Manager, Commercial Marketing and Training, you'll play a critical role in managing the development and implementation of our marketing initiatives. This involves working with cross-functional teams to estimate project levels of effort and resource requirements, preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and directing project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estimate project levels of effort and resource requirements using standard estimating techniques and tools.
  • Prepare project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management tools.
  • Direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and developing contingency plans.
  • Communicate project status by preparing standard status reports and participating in departmental and customer project status update meetings.
  • Resolve project issues by working with team members, project customers, and others as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience leading programs and projects.
  • Previous experience working in a start-up environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working globally.
