Key Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of manufacturing finance, including variance analysis, creating journal entries, account reconciliations, and management reporting.
  • Support forecasting and annual operating plan, including variance analysis, creating journal entries, and management reporting.
  • Support costing activity for new components and products.
  • Support distressed inventory and inventory destruction processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Zoetis policies and procedures and SOX controls.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Work closely with the site Finance Director to ensure personal career development.
  • Participate in daily tier board meetings.
  • Finance-related ad-hoc duties as required.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
  • MBA in Finance or related discipline preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years finance experience.
  • Previous costing experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and people skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple and diverse projects.
  • Demonstrated high level of customer focus.
  • High level of proficiency in spreadsheet-based software applications.
  • Previous SAP experience preferred.
