We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team on a contract basis. As a School-Based COTA, you will work directly with students, teachers, and other educational professionals to support the development and implementation of individualized occupational therapy plans that help students achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual and group occupational therapy sessions as outlined in students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with educational team members to ensure cohesive support for each student's needs.
  • Assist in the assessment process by observing and documenting students' performance and progress.
  • Support the creation and execution of therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Track student progress and provide regular updates to the educational team and parents.
  • Collaborate with teachers to adapt classroom activities and environments to support students' functional needs.
Qualifications:
  • Active Pennsylvania COTA license.
  • Prior experience working in a school or pediatric setting is preferred but not required.
Contract Details:
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
  • Weekly paycheck.
