Job Summary:
Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Easton, MD. As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of students through essential occupational therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with students, teachers, and parents to assess and cater to the distinct needs of each student.
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and overall functional abilities.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, either individually or in group settings, aligning with their educational objectives.
- Adapt classroom environments and suggest adaptive equipment or assistive technology as needed to facilitate students' engagement and success in academic and social activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress, communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders, and actively participate in team meetings and IEP discussions.
Requirements:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license.
