Job OverviewThe Commercial Lines Account Manager will provide exceptional sales support to the Producer and deliver top-notch customer service to clients. This role requires a high degree of independent judgment and discretion to meet service levels. The Account Manager will assist in producing new and renewal accounts, aligning with Agency and individual Producer goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to review and process renewals, updating necessary items in the management system and sending updates as required.
  • Maintain accurate records according to Agency standards, ensuring procedures are followed and information is properly documented and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with Producers to provide essential client documents, checklists, and proposals.
  • Utilize support tools, such as electronic tasks and expiration/renewal reports, to maintain an organized and efficient workstation.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Commercial Lines P&C or similar is preferred.
  • Possess or be able to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance License within 6-12 months of employment. Correll Insurance Group can assist with pre-licensing course scheduling, exams, and applications.

Compensation and Benefits

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
