Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical equipment at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install new electrical equipment, including wiring, system start-up, and commissioning
  • Lead projects to ensure efficient and timely completion
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing equipment
  • Provide expert guidance and training to operators and maintenance teams
  • Perform preventive maintenance, audits, and servicing on electrical equipment
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • At least three years of experience in a similar electrical service or maintenance role
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Demonstrated expertise in electrical controls, wiring, PLCs, motors, and drives
  • Competency with computer-based control systems and basic understanding of networking
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively in urgent situations
  • Willingness to travel frequently across North America
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer interaction
