Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Pyramid Consulting, Inc. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping our clients make informed business decisions by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Work with executives and other business leaders to identify business requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Data Visualization: Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Business Intelligence: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business decisions and develop reports to track progress.
- Data Management: Structure large data sets to find usable information and work with a team of analysts to process data.
- Communication: Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings, and present results to clients, both internal and external.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, statistics, technology, or other related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in analysis in a business environment.
- Skills: Data Analyst, SQL, Excel, JIRA, technical requirements, documentation, reporting and analysis tools, data policy/procedure creation, complex SQL & PL/SQL queries, data formatting and manipulation in Excel.
- Desirable Skills: Experience with Snowflake and Talend tools, robust curiosity and problem-solving skills, strong skills with multiple analytic techniques/methods.
