Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Pick and Pack: Select and prepare customer orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Enter orders into shipping software, print shipping labels, and process all paperwork associated with orders, ensuring tracking information is accurate.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store incoming product and supplies, ensuring inventory is accurate and damage-free.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Organize the warehouse, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and perform other duties as directed.
  • Customer Service: Communicate with team members, customers, and business partners verbally and in writing.
Required Skills and Abilities:
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Organization: Must be organized and detail-oriented.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with small parcel shipping software and proficiency in basic math to calculate shipment weights and dimensions.
  • Collaboration: A collaborative, can-do attitude.
Education and Experience:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Prior warehouse experience and prior e-commerce experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
  • Physical Ability: Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 40 pounds.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a warehouse and office environment and sit and enter data in a computer.
  • Independence: Ability to work independently and safely.
